Cancellations & Refunds
At Lady Captain Yachts, we strive to provide the highest quality yacht charter experience. We understand that sometimes plans change. Below you will find our policy regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation by the Customer
More than 30 days before the charter start date
→ A full refund will be issued, minus any bank or transaction fees.Between 15 and 30 days before the charter start date
→ A 50% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.Less than 15 days before the charter start date
→ No refund is available.
2. Cancellation by Lady Captain Yachts
In the rare event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe weather, vessel malfunction), you will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule your booking at no extra cost, based on availability.
3. No-Show Policy
If you fail to appear on the agreed charter date and time without prior notice, the booking is considered non-refundable.
Changes to Bookings
You may request to reschedule your booking up to 15 days before the charter date, subject to availability and potential pricing differences. All reschedule requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Refund Process
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 7–10 business days using your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
